  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1-2 cups cold water

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
