Broccoli, Courgette & Celery Green Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1 small ripe banana rozen or fresh
- 2 florets broccoli frozen or fresh
- 1/2 courgette frozen or fresh
- 3 sticks celery washed
- 1 apple preferably organic
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
Toppings
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- 1 handful strawberries
- 1 handful cherries
- 1 handful goji berries pre-soak in a little water for a few minutes if very dry
Instructions
Smoothie
- Place all the smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender, top with water and ice (if not using frozen veg), and blitz on high for about 1 minute until smooth. Pour into a bowl.
Toppings
- Add the toppings to the smoothie bowl and serve immediately.
