Broccoli, Courgette & Celery Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

Smoothie

  • 1 small ripe banana rozen or fresh
  • 2 florets broccoli frozen or fresh
  • 1/2 courgette frozen or fresh
  • 3 sticks celery washed
  • 1 apple preferably organic
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 1 handful cherries
  • 1 handful goji berries pre-soak in a little water for a few minutes if very dry

Instructions
 

Smoothie

  • Place all the smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender, top with water and ice (if not using frozen veg), and blitz on high for about 1 minute until smooth.  Pour into a bowl.

Toppings

  • Add the toppings to the smoothie bowl and serve immediately.
