Buckwheat Porridge with Stone Fruit & Berries
Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat porridge
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup plantbased milk
- 1 tsp xylitol
- 1 nectarine
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 handful redcurrants
Instructions
- Place the buckwheat, chia, xylitol and milk in a pan and heat gently until warmed through.
- Add the mixture in to a bowl and top with cinnamon, chopped stone fruit and berries.
