Chia & Coconut Oats topped with Pecans and Goji Berries
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups coconut milk from a carton not a can
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful pecans
- 1 handful goji berries soaked in water for 15 minutes to rehydrate if using dried
- 1 tbsp pure Maple syrup
Instructions
- Add the oats, chia and coconut milk to a bowl and allow to soak for at least 20 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and serve immediately.
Notes
Soak the oats overnight if you have time and remember!
