Creamy Chocolate, Maca & Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp rice protein or any protein powder
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp hemp for topping
  • 1 tbsp quinoa puffs for topping
  • 1 tbsp white chia for topping
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes for topping

Instructions
 

  • Place the banana, oats, rice protein, avocado, maca powder, raw cacao powder and water into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with all the toppings!
  • Serve immediately.
