Creamy Porridge Oats topped with Blood Red Oranges and Chia
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1-2 cups coconut milk
- 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
- 1 blood red orange peel and slice
- 1 tbsp white chia
Instructions
- Mix the milk, oats and desiccated coconut in a bowl and leave to soak for 10mins.
- Add the orange slices and sprinkle with chia seeds.
- Serve immediately.
