Creamy Porridge Oats topped with Blood Red Oranges and Chia

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1-2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1 blood red orange peel and slice
  • 1 tbsp white chia

Instructions
 

  • Mix the milk, oats and desiccated coconut in a bowl and leave to soak for 10mins.
  • Add the orange slices and sprinkle with chia seeds.
  • Serve immediately.
