Curried Celeriac, Coconut & Black Sesame Salad
Ingredients
- 1 whole celeriac outer edges removed with a knife and the rest grated
- 150 mls coconut milk from a carton not a can
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for an hour in the fridge while the celeriac soaks up the flavours.
- Serve when ready or keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
