Fresh, Green Tropical Mango & Kiwi Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 5 kale leaves washed, stems removed
- 1 banana
- 1 apple core removed, chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- 3 cups almond milk or water
- 1 handful buckwheat groats
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
Topping
- 1/2 cup mango chopped
- 1 kiwi keep skin or peel, sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries washed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 handful walnuts
- 1 handful buckwheat groats
Instructions
- Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender, blitz until smooth then place the smoothie in a bowl.
- Add all the topping ingredients and serve!
