Fresh, Green Tropical Mango & Kiwi Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

Smoothie

  • 5 kale leaves washed, stems removed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple core removed, chopped
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 cups almond milk or water
  • 1 handful buckwheat groats
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds

Topping

  • 1/2 cup mango chopped
  • 1 kiwi keep skin or peel, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries washed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 1 handful buckwheat groats

Instructions
 

  • Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender, blitz until smooth then place the smoothie in a bowl.
  • Add all the topping ingredients and serve!
