- 2 large cloves garlic – minced
- 2 inch piece ginger – minced

- 2 large chicken breasts – diced

- 1 TBSP Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 pinch sea salt and ground black pepper

- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 150mls coconut cream

- Seasonal Greens – shredded

Assemble and prepare all of the ingredients in the list.
Step 1:
Add oil to a shallow pan and add the onion. Cook gently for 5-7 minutes until it softens and becomes translucent. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan.
Step 2:
Add the diced chicken (or other protein you are using) to the pan.
Step 3:
Add all of the spices and seasoning to the pan and give everything a good stir to combine.
Step 4:
Now add the chopped tomatoes and coconut cream to the chicken and gently combine everything together.
Place a lid on the pan and cook over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes (depending on the protein and size of the pieces – ensure the meat is cooked through to the centre.
