Ingredients needed for raspberry and pomegranate smoothie
To make this smoothie, you will need;
- frozen ripe banana
- raspberries – fresh or frozen
- flax seeds
- a splash of water for ease of blending
- pomegranate pips and chis seeds for topping
Raspberry & Pomegranate Smoothie
Making this smoothie is very quick and easy to do – simply place all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until creamy smooth!
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1 cup Frozen raspberries
- 1 tbsp Golden flax seeds linseeds
- 1 splash Water to ease blending
Topping
- 1 sprinkle Pomegranate pips and white chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (excluding topping items) in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Pour into a jar and top with the pomegranate pips and white chia.
