Spinach, Cucumber, Apple & Lime Green Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 handful green spinach leaves
  • 1 apple
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 lime - juice

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Drink immediately or store in the fridge for up to 1 day.
