Tahini, Maca, Banana & Raspberry Oats with Hemp
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp maca root powder
- 1 tbsp dark tahini
- 1 banana
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3 Brazil nuts
- 1.5 cups coconut milk from a carton, not the type from a can
Instructions
- Add the oats, banana, coconut milk, tahini and maca powder to a bowl and use a hand blender to blend until nearly smooth.
- Add the raspberries, hemp hearts and Brazil nuts and serve immediately.
Notes
If you have time and remember to do so, soak the oats overnight in the coconut milk - this will make them extra creamy and may also aid digestion.
