Tuna, Pomegranate & Rocket Salad with Tamari & Rice Wine
Ingredients
- 1 tin tuna in spring water 120g drained weight
- 1/3 cucumber diced
- 50 g rocket leaves
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 3 Spring onions chopped
- 1/4 pomegranate seeds only
- 1 TBSP tamari or soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Place all of the prepared ingredients into a bowl and toss together before serving with a grind of black pepper and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
