Turmeric & Black Pepper Creamy Oats with Brazil Nuts & Hemp
Ingredients
Porridge
- 1 cup oats
- 1/8 tsp ground turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup coconut milk from a carton
Topping
- 3 Brazil nuts roughly chopped
- 5 walnuts roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
Instructions
- Place all the porridge ingredients into a jug and blend together using a stick blender, until smooth.
- Add the blended mixture to a serving bowl and top with the nuts and seeds. Serve!
