Turmeric & Black Pepper Creamy Oats with Brazil Nuts & Hemp

Ingredients
  

Porridge

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/8 tsp ground turmeric powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 cup coconut milk from a carton

Topping

  • 3 Brazil nuts roughly chopped
  • 5 walnuts roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place all the porridge ingredients into a jug and blend together using a stick blender, until smooth.
  • Add the blended mixture to a serving bowl and top with the nuts and seeds.  Serve!
