Warm, Creamy Oats with Hemp, Strawberry Chia Jam & Pecans
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oats soaked overnight in the coconut milk if possible but not essential
- 2 cup coconut milk from a carton not a can
- 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 1 handful blueberries
- 1 tbsp strawberry chia jam
- 1 handful pecans
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp xylitol
Instructions
- Place the oats in a pan with the coconut milk and turn up the heat to medium.
- Allow the oats to warm but remove from the heat before they over-cook.
- Place the oats in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
