- 1 cup oats soaked in water and vinegar overnight
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 tablespoon goji berries rehydrated in water for 10 minutes
- 1 tablespoon ground almonds
- 1 small handful of walnuts
- 1 kiwi thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
Prepare the Oats:
