cup
coconut milk

tbsp
maca root powder
1
tsp
stevia
1
tsp
cinnamon
1
plum
washed, stoned, halved
1
handful
hazelnuts
1
juice from one small red beetroot
or use beetroot powder mixed with water
Instructions
Place the oats and milk in a bowl or jug and blend using a hand blender, until smooth.
Stir in the maca powder, stevia, cinnamon and beet juice.
Add the mixture to a serving bowl and top with the plum and hazelnuts.
Serve immediately.
