oats

coconut milk
to your desired consistency

white chia seeds

blackberries

coconut sugar

lemon
juice only

tsp
vanilla bean paste
Instructions
Place the oats, coconut milk and white chia seeds in to a bowl and stir together. Allow the mixture to sit while you prepare the compote.
Add the blackberries, coconut sugar, lemon juice and vanilla bean paste in to a small pan with a lid and heat on a very low heat for 5 mins.
Add the compote to the soaked oat mixture and serve immediately.
