Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach washed
  • 1/3 cucumber washed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 TBSP flax seeds
  • 1 scoop 30g hemp protein powder
  • 1 banana peeled

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender with a cup of water and ice and blend until smooth before serving immediately.
