2cupsraw buckwheat groatssoaked in water overnight then rinsed
1largeripe banana
1/2mangosliced
1tbsppure Maple syrup
1tbspsmooth peanut butter
1tbspsesame seeds
Instructions
After rinsing the overnight soaked buckwheat groats in water, place them in a large jug or bowl with the banana and use a stick blender to blitz until smooth.
Serve in 2 bowls (or save 1/2 for the following day) and top with the mango slices, peanut butter, Maple syrup and sesame seeds.
Notes
This recipe makes 2 servings so keep 1/2 in the fridge for the following day if you only need 1.
