400gfirm tofudrained and crumbled into small pieces
2largetomatoeswashed, sliced

2thick slicessourdough
1tspturmeric
1tspcumin
1tspsweet smoked paprika
1tspnutritional yeast
1pinch each ofkala namak salt, sea salt, ground black pepper
1tsprapeseed oil
Instructions
Place the tofu pieces into a bowl with the turmeric, cumin, sweet, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast flakes, kala namak, salt, ground black pepper and mix together.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the tofu and spices. Heat on a medium heat for a few minutes while stirring to ensure even cooking.
While the tofu is cooking, place the sourdough in a toaster and toast to your liking.
When the toast is ready and the tofu heated through, add both to 2 plates with the avocado slices and tomato.
