stone and skin removed, reserve a few slices for topping and mash the remainder in a bowl

broccoli sprouts

good quality sea salt

Instructions
Toast the sourdough bread until golden.
Spread the mashed avocado on to the toast, add the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
