5 Step easy Chicken Curry Ingredients

This is a very easy recipe to make Chicken Curry with only 5 steps and ready in around 30 minutes.
Step 1:
- 1 brown onion – peeled & Sliced
- 2 large cloves garlic – minced
- 2 inch piece ginger – minced
Step 2:
- 2 large chicken breasts – diced
Step 3:
- 1 TBSP Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 pinch sea salt and ground black pepper
Step 4:
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 150 mls coconut cream
Step 5:
- Seasonal Greens – shredded
Step 4:
Now add the chopped tomatoes and coconut cream to the chicken and gently combine everything together.
Place a lid on the pan and cook over a medium heat for 15-20 minutes (depending on the protein and size of the pieces – ensure the meat is cooked through to the centre.
Step 5:
Remove the lid from the pan and add the shredded greens. Replace the lid and turn the heat down to low. Allow the food to cook gently for a further 5 minutes, until the greens have wilted.
Your curry is now ready to serve!
Add coriander leaves for extra flavour!
Serve with a grain such as brown rice, quinoa, freekeh or millet – anything that will mop up that delicious sauce!
