1/4cupplant-based yoghurt - vanilla flavoured soy or coconut work well
1-3ginger nut oat biscuits
Instructions
Begin by hulling the strawberries to make a hole ready for filling.
Then carefully fill the holes with yoghurt. I used a 1/2 tsp measuring spoon to do this.
Place the oat biscuits on a chopping board and gently crush them with a rolling pin.Then sprinkle the crushed biscuits on top of the strawberries and yoghurt - add as much as you like.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge until needed.
