whole celeriac
outer edges removed with a knife and the rest grated

coconut milk
from a carton not a can

ground tumeric

ground ginger

ground cumin

tbsp
black sesame seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for an hour in the fridge while the celeriac soaks up the flavours.
Serve when ready or keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
