You will need to begin this recipe the evening before. Soak the oats in a large bowl with plenty of water and a splash of apple cider vinegar. All water will be rinsed away the next morning so do not worry about adding too much!
The next morning, rinse the soaked oats under running water for 1-2mins.
Add the oats to a pan with the coconut milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 15 mins, stirring every few mins and adding more milk if required to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pan.
Allow the cooked oats to cool for a few minutes before stirring through the raw cacao powder and goji berries.
Pour the mixture into a serving bowl and top with the remaining ingredients before serving.

Make 2-3x the amount of oats to save time and enjoy for breakfast for the next few days.
