coconut milk
from a carton, not the type from a can
Instructions
Add the oats, banana, coconut milk, tahini and maca powder to a bowl and use a hand blender to blend until nearly smooth.
Add the raspberries, hemp hearts and Brazil nuts and serve immediately.
Notes
If you have time and remember to do so, soak the oats overnight in the coconut milk - this will make them extra creamy and may also aid digestion.
