Oats
soaked overnight in the coconut milk if possible but not essential

cup
coconut milk
from a carton not a can
1
tbsp
crunchy peanut butter
1
handful
blueberries
1
tbsp
strawberry chia jam
1
handful
pecans
2
tbsp
hemp hearts
1
tsp
xylitol
Instructions
Place the oats in a pan with the coconut milk and turn up the heat to medium.
Allow the oats to warm but remove from the heat before they over-cook.
Place the oats in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately.
